Legacy Nutrition Newsletter Launches on 12-15-2009

It's finally here! The L.E.A.D. Legacy Nutrition Newsletter will provide players on the The Legacy League Network with valuable nutrition information; everyday tips that will help them fuel their bodies properly. The monthly newsletter is made possible through a partnership with Ruth Taylor, MS, RD, LD who is the Sports Nutrition & Research Coordinator at The University of Georgia. The Newsletters will be posted in the Discussion Forum section below. Please feel free to comment and ask questions. Your feedback is very important!

I think that with good and healthy food that we need is an awesome thing.

Yeah. It's a good restaurant idea. We met with them this week and they committed to community outreach in Atlanta. Good folks.

Sounds like EVOS is the place to be to eat healthy and good food in Atlanta. I can't wait for the opening day. I will be in attendance!!
