Middle School Games:    

   Through out these three months the Ambassadors and voluteers particapated in the Middle School Games. All of the game were very competative, there were very good pitching and very cluch at bats, also good plays out in the field on defense.I was surprised at the intensity that the kids played with. Today was our hats off event at the Georgia Tech baseball game.  The speakers that spoke to us before the game were very inspirational and were all for helping the L.E.A.D program.  Watching the game was very inspirational also becasue I will be playing college baseball next spring and watching Tech play made me want to work hard at what I do.

Middle School Games:

           Throughout the months of March, April, and May, we, the Ambassadors, had to participate in helping out at the middle school games every Saturday.

           Today the middle school leaders and some of the Ambassadors had the chance of watching a Division1 college baseball game. But before we even watched the game, we assembled in the indoor facility and ate pizza. Afterwards, we all gathered to hear words from different people affiliated with Georgia Tech. Today was L.E.A.D 2011-2012 first practice.Although, we got rained out, we set rules and regulations. We talked for a hour to let you know how this season will be ran. If you miss 7 events (Enrichments, games,practices,etc) you're suspended for 7 days. But, if you miss 8, you gone.

Today was another productive day. I was fortunate enough to assist disabled children play baseball. This helped me realize that EVERYONE should get a chance to do something they like. It was a good experience and I felt like I helped someone else feel better. Another step closer to achieving my goal as a L.E.A.D Ambassador.

Today was the same as every weekend but they had there championship round I think every school had 2 game. All I know is they played well and they are learning well. I know the Jr. Ambassadors are going to be good this year with all the good middle school kids out there. I can’t wait till there season to start and our .

Today we arrived at the Park ready to see some more great baseball. The middle schoolers came out and put up some great fights. I can really see their improvements and I am very proud. This was an amazing day.

Today was the 2nd Annual Inner City Baseball Youth March. We arrived at Mosley Park early that morning and took the one mile walk to Washington High School. We had plenty of laughs and good times on the way to the school. The middle schoolers had an amazing time as well. When we arrived at the school we had a celebration and we played ball. Today was beautiful.

Today was the 2^nd Annual Inner City Youth Baseball March. We marched a mile, then we had a celebration. Later we have the games. We helped by hitting ground balls and pop-ups to the players. We also picked up some trash. Today was a very special day.   

Today was the middle school league development opening ceremony.  Today was the 2nd annual march.  I had a lot of fun with the middle school kids. I also meat this man who was the coach of Georgia state  he was tell me how to move my leg when I field the ball he said , don’t cross your leg when you get ready to throw the ball . it was fun I can’t wait till we start playing .

Today we had our 2nd Annual Inner City Youth Baseball March. To me it was a complete sucess. I didnt get to stay for the full thing because of another event, but from what i saw when i was there ; everybody had a good time.

    Today we are middle school develpment league opening ceremony.  We started off with the 2nd annual march and we ended off with a long day of baseball.  I had a great time helping all of the middle schoolers become better ballplayers.  I also was able to meet a lot of prominent figures in Atlanta such as "Red" Moore.  Today was an overall success!
